I'm going to France! My latest news is that I'll be teaching English in France, starting in October of this year. Until then I'll be brushing up on my French and preparing to leave.
Other projects I'm currently working on include editing Almost Earth (it's coming, I promise, it should be ready by June at the latest), illustrating a picture book that will probably take another month to finish but should be revealed soon, and getting one of my favorite projects ready for print. Mathew Maria is now officially 'Coming Soon' since it's in its final stages before publication.
Mathew Maria is a juvenile fiction book filled with humor and fun. Mathew Maria is a tiny genius with an extraordinary family. Her mom is an inventor of fantastical items, her father is a brilliant gardener, and between them and her four sisters, live in the Martin household is never boring. I'm considering making it into a series of Mathew Maria books, but of course I'll be concentrating on the Chronicles of Evrion first. Anyway, I just finished the cover art and wanted to share.
